A lovely afternoon spent chatting and printing, so relaxing!

I went round to my friend's house, she had made delicious red pepper and tomato soup, then we got out the paints, rollers and stamps and just played and chatted!!
A wonderful way to spend an afternoon....
...sponge printed the background in shades of green with a natural sponge, love this effect...
.....used one of my rollers in a darker green....
....printed my leaf designs from my rubber in a different shade of acrylic....
...next made a poppy head stamp...
....and used bronze acrylic to print....
...quite pleased with the result!

...great background...
...using masking tape to make the lines and stamps...
...lovely acrylics, bronze and gold, daubed generously...
...then covered with cling film and scrunched....
....oops, forgot to take a photo when dried!!
It gave a marble effect, I love this technique!
Also my other news is I ordered an Embellisher Machine today and can't wait for it to be delivered!!!
