I haven't posted for a long time due to illness but am feeling much better now and slowly being creative again....
My photos look a little hazy, not sure why, maybe the poor light at the moment!!
I began by layering ribbons, fabrics, netting on wadding and then covered with organza...
....began stitching circle/oval shapes and cut away fabric....
....eventually arrived at this but felt it needed 'something more'....
....added a hand made bead, layered rounds of fabric and hand embroidery....
...the final result, LOTS OF TEXTURE!
I really enjoyed the whole process and glad I added the texture.
I also have a new grandson, a brother for Alba, who is gorgeous.
