I saw an idea on a blog I follow, more details tomorrow, and decided to have a play.....
...I backed two pieces of felt with bondaweb....
....selected pieces of fabric and ironed on the felt....
.....stitched using automatic patterns on my machine....
....using a variety of threads including metallic....
....cut out circles and made cords....
.....to see the result of this work come back tomorrow!

I have a box of cut threads....
....and....
.....selected some threads and sandwiched between two pieces of soluble fabric....
...stitched using metallic threads, blue, green, silver using a wavy automatic pattern...
.....rinsed under luke warm running water...
....other side...
...I have plans for this when dry!!
I have really enjoyed playing with automatic stitches, making cords and my own fabric using used threads and soluble fabric....
....watch this space.....
