A lovely friend met me at Reading Station and we travelled down to her holiday home in Topsham, a delightful old village near Exeter with narrow streets, interesting cobbled alleyways and fabulous properties with a beautiful view of the estuary.....

On Friday we travelled down to Totnes to visit another friend and mooched round the little shops which were packed with hand crafted items, so many beautiful things, then lunch in a vegan cafe which was delicious, back to our friends where we stitched and chatted....
...these will be made into cards...
....one of my purchases, a heart made from tiny red bells...
....today made some tea-light holders...
....and three more brooches as friend had asked me for a red one....
....started off by making a felt base...
....added organza, threads, feathers and beads...
...the feather one is my favourite!
